TNM Super League leaders Silver Strikers need four points from their remaining three games to retain the championship.
Silver top the table with 54 points from 25 games and if they collect four points of a possible nine from the remaining
matches their tally of points will increase to 58 points which will be enough to hand them the title on goal difference.
The Bankers' closest opponents are Big Bullets, who have 52 points from 26 games, and if the Peoples Team wins their remaining two games they will amass 58 points.
Silver can claim the championship owing to their superior goal difference which stands at 37 to Bullets' 25.
However, Silver coach Franco Ndawa said they would fight to get nine points to wrap-up the league with a total of 63 points.
"We are taking each game as it comes and our mission is to win all our games. We have everything at our disposal. The players are committed and so are the supporters. We know that we can do what we want," he said.
Silver will face Kamuzu Barracks, Epac and Mighty Wanderers to conclude their assignments for this campaign.
"All the games are important and we will not underrate any opponents. At the same time we will also refuse to be intimidated," said the former Wanderers mentor.
