Drama and shock characterized the atmosphere in a banking hall in Mangochi last week when a man who could not hold his hunger for an a beautiful woman ejaculated upon seeing and standing close to a woman, The Weekend Times has learnt.
The incident happened while the man and the woman were standing on a queue in full view of other clients.
The Police arrested a 30-year-old man identified as Thomas Julius after they were called to intervene.
Mangochi police spokesperson Rodrick Maida told The Weekend Times that the incident happened around 11 O'clock on November 3, 2012.
He said Julius hails from Sabilini village T/A Chimombo in Nsanje, for being suspected of indecent assault on 21-year-old student (namewitheld) of St John's D.M.I University in Mangochi.
Maida said on this day, he is alleged to have been standing on a queue in a banking hall and due to over-crowding, his body got fixed to the backside of a young woman who was standing in his front. But this did not go down well with his senses which corrupted his mind.
He said after Julius' member caught a bone, he fished it out and tried to pop it in through the back. But the woman screamed after noticing something hard pushing her from the back, with the man making slight forward and backward movements.
"He ejaculated right away when he was 'clicking' on the back of the woman. This amazed a lot of people, with some suspecting that he was performing some rituals in the banking hall," said Maida.
According to Maida, Julius blamed 'evil spirits' for his strange conduct on the woman.
"He told the Police that it was not his intention to perform such a conduct on the woman, arguing he was possessed by 'evil spirits' which compelled him to do so," said Maida.
Julius was expected to appear in court to answer charges of indecent assault, contrary to Section 137 of the Penal Code. The maximum sentence of the offence is two years Imprisonment with Hard Labour (IHL).
